How to get out of your head into your body - Exercise

When we are born we access all of our files: auditory,  visual and kinesthetic.  But than we have to submit to Mamma god and Pappa god in order to survive.  Which means that we get to access only one of our files and ignore the other files.

Auditory people need to hear things in order to understand them.
Visual people need to see things in order to understand them.
Kinesthetic people need to feel things in order to understand them.

A balanced person has access to all 3 files which is rare because of the way we were raised.

Notice when something happens in your life or you have to make a decision, your eyes will automatically lock into place and stay frozen; your eyes become fixed because your mind wants to process what's happening.  By doing this exercise you will get out of your head into your body and be able to access all 3 of your files.

Do this for 1.5 minutes every day.

Don't move your head, just your eyes.  This can be done in any order:
1.  Move your eyes up to your left, breathe;
2.  Move your eyes up center, breathe;
3.  Move your eyes up to your right, breathe;
4.  Move your eyes to your right (not up nor down), breathe;
5.  Move your eyes down to your right, breathe;
6.  Move your eyes down to your left, breathe;
7.  Move your eyes to your left (not up nor down), breathe.

Another exercise to become more aware is:
1.  Listen to an external sound;
2.  Listen to an internal sound;
3.  Feel your big toe;
4.  Look at something.

I don't have to be anything.  I don't have to do anything.
