The new body language

Shut up

The mind is addicted to meddling.  It can't leave the moment alone, it can't accept things the way they are, pure, effortless energy.

You have already planned what you are going to do today, tomorrow, next week, and when it doesn't go as planned you have a story about it.   You are always making up stories about your life so that you don't notice that you have no control over anything.

Relax your body and breathe.  Let the body decide whats next.  Never let the mind tell the body what to do.  Decisions are made somewhere else and our bodies execute them.  Our minds don't have any input, they just think they do.  Breathe into each moment.  You will end up doing less and accomplish more.  The body knows where to go and what to do.  Listening to the body is scary if you are not used to it.

Your life takes painstaking effort.  The simplest decisions keep you stuck in your head and you beat yourself up over them:  'I should have done that differently.   I should have bought something else.  I should have done something else.  I should have been better prepared.'  Regrets keep you missing everything.  Life happens at lightning speed when left alone by the mind.  Your body will reach for things without you having to think about it.  Your body will take you places without you making arrangements.  Breathe into each moment and see what shows up.   What you can't let go off will trip you up.

Control is an illusion.  Once you realize you have no control over anything life becomes easy.

The old is gone, where is the new?

My mind is screaming for something it can recognize.  Today is a brutal day.  So many questions.  I don't know where I am going or what to do.  I have died and now I don't know how to go on.  I should be happy about this, but I am not.  The question of survival is looming over my head.  How can I make any decisions when everything is constantly changing?  I can't push myself to go back to what once was.  Everything is new and the old isn't fitting into this.  I am in transition.

Leaving the illusion

We are programmed to belief in the same illusions.  Fear has kept me from exploring a world outside the illusion.  Daily I recreated my life to be the same as the day before.

The mind is here for entertainment only.  The mind is not capable of making life's decisions.

This reminds me on the movie 'The Village'.  People may laugh at the primitive believes. There are other movies like 'Pleasantville'.   Anyone who watches them and disregards them as dumb doesn't see that their lives are just like that.

Stolen Lives

Your mind has highjacked you.  We are trained to belief that the mind is the master and to take it seriously.  The mind is here for entertainment only and not to make life’s decisions.  Do you know how much abuse you are taking from your mind on a daily basis?  No one else is abusing you as much as you do.

Probably the greatest fear is: ‘How will I survive if I don’t use my mind.’  This fear keeps the mind in the position of the master putting you right back into slavery.  But the ego won’t let you see this.  It claims: ‘The more you use your mind, the smarter you are.’  Intelligence does not come from the mind.  We were born intelligent and the mind makes you stupid, its that simple.  The mind robs you of everything, its a thief.

If your mind is in charge you will read this and think 'that woman is off the rocker.'  In a world that is still governed by the mind it will appear that way.

There was a time where people believed the world was flat and than they learned otherwise.  Columbus had to get the terrified sailors drunk to get them on his ships and sail beyond the horizon.  We are again at the brink of a horrendous paradigm shift, but people are terrified to let go of their minds. Just like the sailors they think they will surely die.
