The First Monkey

Being the 100th monkey is easy, but who is the first monkey?

People go through the same motions day after day never noticing anything, talking about how they could have done things differently or how they are going to change things.  You cannot do anything differently, it's not possible.  Thinking that you have any control over anything  just shows how ignorant and insane you are.

Most people don't want to be where they are.  We cannot change our physical location no matter how hard our minds try to escape from it.  The mind comes up with ideas how to change the physical reality.  I cannot not do what I am doing.  The only choice I have is accepting what is.  The only choice I have is stillness, anything else is insanity and futility.

The mind can only change through direct experience.  You can talk until you are blue in the face, words will not change anybody.  

I am in my body,  I don't use my mind to beat the shit out of myself by planning what I am going to do or by deciding what I want.   I observe my body and allow my body to make all decisions.  If I don't know where I want to go I watch my body where it is taking me, that takes all the guesswork out of my life.  I follow my body, my mind has no input.  My body is always in the present moment, that's how I know what is going on and what needs to be done.  The mind always overrides it and wants to change things.  I don't listen to my mind.  The mind is the most unreliable source there is.  

People never notice anything because they are so stuck in their minds.  People are stuck in their illusions as if it's a matter of life and death.  They are in their minds so that they don't have to notice anything.

Your mind is stealing everything from you

Your mind is a pirate, stealing everything that belongs to you and now you live as a pauper when all the riches are available in the present moment.

Each moment is eternity where all things are possible.  People living in the world of illusion are always in a hurry, missing everything and messing with everything.  If you keep listening to your mind the universe has no choice but to make you sick. 

Each moment is a portal for your life to change.  People use effort to change their lives.  Change doesn't take any effort, it takes being aligned with the universe where things are handed to you effortlessly. 

The lies of the patriarchal mind keep people bound in their prisons.  The mind wants action and will do anything to get it.  When people are not aware they will always give in to their mind's fears.

We are the creators, not the creation.  Life changes from the inside out.

In the present moment you always have exactly what you need, no extras.

The Snake Totem

I saw 2 snakes today when I went for a walk.  I saw one snake and forgot about it, then the universe sent another and I almost stepped on it.  I thought I better listen.  

Snake energy is the energy of wholeness, cosmic consciousness, wisdom, vitality and the ability to experience anything willingly and without resistance.  It also signals a transition in your life, new opportunities and changes.

Snake is fire medicine, the medicine of transmutation. Snake magic is heavy magic.  Become the Magician and transmute the energy and accept the power of the fire.

Once snakes have fully shed their old skin, their eyes clear up and they leave the place, never looking back. Snake comes when we are moving toward change and need to let go of our old self and adapt to the new.

Caduceus

Snakes awaken spiritual and magical intuition. They are associated with unseen creative forces at work.

Snakes are sensitive to their environment, they are silent and calm, but within this creature is coiled power that can deliver lethal blows, with well timed and startling accuracy. 

The snake is a powerful totem, symbolizing eternity, wisdom, transformation and intuition. Their wisdom is expressed as healer.   The symbol of physicians and alchemists shows two snakes wrapped around a staff. This supports their totem reputation as healer.

The old is gone, where is the new?

My mind is screaming for something it can recognize.  Today is a brutal day.  So many questions.  I don't know where I am going or what to do.  I have died and now I don't know how to go on.  I should be happy about this, but I am not.  The question of survival is looming over my head.  How can I make any decisions when everything is constantly changing?  I can't push myself to go back to what once was.  Everything is new and the old isn't fitting into this.  I am in transition.

Change

I don't have to beg for change because its coming, I can feel it in my bones.  I hate when I don't know what is coming my way, but my body is alerting me that something is up. I have this undeniable feeling in the pit of my stomach.

Change first happens at the cellular level before it shows up in the physical so that when it shows up I won't freak out.  Change is happening faster now and I can't stop it.  All is well when you don't push against the universe, flow with it.

My life is about to change

My soul wants me to feel my own greatness.  The world that I have built is gone.  A new world is here for me, I will be stepping into it very soon.

My Soul is wild and free

As children we get rewarded (retarded) for good behavior by our parents and in school.  We take this reward system with us into adulthood. 

We tell the universe I am doing a, b and c and now you owe me big time because I have been a good girl/boy.  

We can't manipulate the universe.  The universe operates by her own rules. Get comfortable in this present moment because that’s all we have. 

What works one moment won’t work the next.  The truth in one moment is an untruth in the next because the universe is not stale, it is incredibly flexible. Change is all there is.
