In the present moment I always have what I need.  I don't have to go elsewhere to provide for myself.  I don't need to escape into my mind to prepare for the future.  People don't know that they can trust their existence to the present moment.  When you are not present you lack everything.

People think their existence depends on their mind.  The more mental they are the more power they perceive they have.  Same with money, the more money the more powerful. All of these are illusions.

When you need money it will show up because the present moment makes all things possible.  In the present moment there is a door to all the treasures of the universe, like a hidden vault. The vault is always open, you just have to know how to access it.  Your mind doesn't know the combination.  Pay attention to your body and it will show you how to BE there. It's child's play.

Never reach for the next moment.

The mind doesn't know anything, yet pretends to be the master of everything.   The mind is ignorant and you put it on the throne of your life, you made it your master, and you are its slave.  

The mind with its neediness and worries is incapable of seeing beauty and abundance.   It  can't see anything real.

Planning is a function of the mind.  When you can't look beyond the mind you are always planning and worrying about the future and you will waste your energy because you will always give in to your mind's fears.  

Without the mind's interference you can just Be, the observer of all things.  When you don't plan you will lose illusion.  You will never lose what is real.   In each moment let go of everything you know about anything.

Delusional

There is no place to go except the present moment.   If you are not here you are delusional, diluting the present moment, you have no power, no influence.

For you to be here everything has to die, the past, the future.   You cannot bring a prepared response to this moment.  If you already have an expectation of what its supposed to look like you are in trouble, its like stale bread.   Allowing each moment its own breath will bring life to it.

Waking Up

Being able to live in the moment without a past, without a future, without an agenda.   And the mind will do what it does best, fill in the unknown with its own horror stories so that you will go back to the mind and make it your master again.

Planning takes you away from reality.  You put something there because you don’t trust that what shows up naturally is what you really need, is what gives you life.  Reality never makes you leave yourself.  Reality is always kinder than anything you could put there.  Reality carries itself.   When it requires maintenance it is illusion.  Stillness will support you.

The mind screams, 'give me something familiar.'  Soul says, 'you have already done that, lets do something new.'

Oh, why did I sign up for this?  Illusion wasn't so bad when I was asleep.  Why does waking up have to be so cruel?  Because it creates depth.  The upside can only be as high as the downside is low.

This moment prepares me for the next.

Your mind will wear you out 24/7 with preparations for the future.  Can you stand up and sit down at the same time?  

People are nowhere to be found, they are always somewhere in the future or the past.

This moment prepares me for the next.  I always have what I need when I pay attention to what is happening in this moment but when I prepare for the future I am always behind and I live in lack.

Escape Artists

When you plan you are turning your life over to your mind.  You are holding your breath and you are totally in your head.  You can’t be here in this moment where everything is new and fresh.

Life is decided at the moment and not a second before.

Only now exists, nothing else.  Every moment is a surprise and the mind can’t handle that, so the mind fills the moment with the familiar.

When something happens the mind takes over immediately and finds solutions, but those are mind based solutions which are limited.   Only the now makes endless possibilities available.

6,000 years of patriarchal mind dominance aren't easily overcome.  The mind can no longer safe us.  Only through heart work can we move forward.  We are required to feel everything.  Resisting is no longer an option.  We have to walk through the energetic experiences.
